THE HOTEL RATES INCLUDE:
Colour Tv, mini fridge, phone, hairdryer, fan.

Daily cleaning and tidying of room ,

Beach service whith beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs per room.
Breakfast with: a) coffee or tea or cappuccino or fruit juice.
and b) pastry and bread, with butter and marmelade.

EXTRA SERVICE NOT INCLUDED IN BASIC RATE MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL:
GARAGE: each car space must be booked in advance for € 6,00 per day, subject to
availability, (there is no guarantee for garage spaces wifhout advance booking).
SHORT STAYS (1 or 2 nights) pay an extra fee.
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT .
COT: € 8,00 per day, free cot in "A" and "B" and "C".

REDUCTIONS : discount availble either :
LONG STAY: 13=14: 14days at the price of 13 days in "A" and "B" and "C"
HONEY MOON: 10% discount within 6 mounths of wedding, in "A" and "B" and "C"
OVER SIXTIES: 10% discount in "A" and "B" and "C"

CHILDREN: 30% discount until 10 years.
BOOK IMMEDIATILY: 5% discount for booking before 15/05/2010 in period before 16 July after 21 August.

Nearby sports facilities: tennis, five a side football; table lennis, canoeing beach.

REGULATIONS OF STAY:

MINIMUM STAY : 3 days in "D"

MINIMUM STAY : one week in "E"

ARRIVAL BETWEEN 12.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. (absolute deadline).
DEPARTURE before 10.00 a.m. (absolute deadline)
