RESIDENCE RATES INCLUDED :
Gas and electricity consumption, hot water, fridge hire, weekly change of bedlinen.
Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs per flat.

MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL BEFORE THE FLAT HAS BEEN CONSIGNED

- GARAGE : each car space must be booked in advance at € 6,00 per day, subject to availabillty.
- Extra beach umbrellas and deckchairs may be hired separately.
- AN OBBLIGATORY deposit of € 50,00 per flat which may be refunded at end of stay.
- COT: € 56,00 per week.
- HIRE OF BATH LINEN : € 8,00 per person (set of 3 towels)
- FINAL CLEANING AT END OF STAY (excluding the kitchen):

. € 30,00 for two room flats
. € 40,00 for three room flats
Free for 3 week or longer stays in "A" , "B" and "C"
- ROOM CLEANING SERVICE :
daily cleaning can be arranged; cost as for final cleaning (excluding the

- REDUCTION PERIOD "D" : for stay of 2 weeks : 5%
- BOOK IMMEDIATILY : 5% discount for booking before 15/05/2012 in period "A" and "B"

REGULATIONS OF STAY :
- MINIMUM STAY One week
ARRIVAL on SATURDAY between 05.00 p.m. and
08.00 p.m (absolute deadline).
DEPARTURE on SATURDAY before 9.00 in the
morning (absolute deadline).
